Kind Doula

I planned to have a natural birth (at Kaiser), and I don't think I could have survived without an epidural if it wasn't for Sara! She was there for me every step of the way. She massaged my feet and calves during the beginning of labor. She even brought a bathing suit so she could help me in the shower during some of the hardest parts of labor, and she massaged my tense face with lavender oil when I needed it. I'm so glad she was there!

Sara is an incredibly supportive, nurturing and attentive birth doula. Her pre-natal visits were invaluable, setting us at ease on what to expect during labor and offering fantastic advice and tips. She helped me labor at home for as long as possible and was by my side lending support through my entire delivery.
